Based on my own experience, I found out that we can follow them everyday as part of time management. it’s not that difficult but still achievable. I am trying to follow them to the best.

2. Brainstorm practice : Critical, analytic, creative & dreams

3. Flexible to-do list : Work-Break-Work-Break-Work

4. Focus on priorities : Self-imposed deadlines

5. Read : Current affairs, Positive & Inspirational books

6. Watch & Listen : Favorite speeches, shows and music

7. Healthy food habits : Water/Fruits/Vegetables/Proteins/Vitamins

8. Limit your virtual distractions : Social media on FB, chats, gossips or any

9. Sales & marketing practice : About skills, products or services

10. Say No to : Mediocrity & time killing things

11. Keep it clean : Inbox, Desk, Room and House & Anything

12. Surround yourself : Only with productive people!

13. Enjoy (indoor/outdoor) : Activities like movies, sports, FB, chat or any

14. Share & Care : Love, Sex, Compassion, Friends & Family

15. Thankful for something : Everyday & sleep minimum of 6-8 hours
